Liaising with subject matter experts (authors) your Tender Specialist is available to:

  • Clearly structure and define submission content against returnable schedule requirements and evaluation criteria to draft appropriate content or guide content development

  • Edit returnable schedules to ensure consistency of voice, grammar, terminology and clear articulation of tender strategy, key messaging, and solution throughout

  • Interview key personnel to draft and edit CVs

  • Collaborate with the graphic designer to create visual elements for returnable schedules, and

  • Develop and draft an Executive Summary.

Tender Formatting and Graphic Design

Your Tender Specialist can efficiently formulate templates and design elements including:

  • Microsoft Word: Creating initial templates to commence drafting and final format of all submission documents

  • InDesign: Designing document covers, dividers, headers, footers aligned with brand, designing content graphics to support the articulation of the solution and providing layout and design of the Executive Summary

Interactive workshops and presentation support

We also offer presentation design (graphic designer), presentation coaching and feedback.
